Will Call and Box Office will open the week of the fest.
Please note: You must have the Etix confirmation email and/or Etix order number. LLMF and Etix cannot verify tickets purchased through any third-party ticketing platforms (StubHub, VividSeats, SeatGeek, etc.) or marketplaces (Facebook, Craigslist, etc.).
If you won tickets for 2025, you will need to come to Will Call with your confirmation email and ID to pick up your wristbands.

Will Call and Box Office is located inside WFAE at First Ward Park, directly across the street from ImaginOn and the 7th Street Public Market.
If you’re arriving via the light rail, exit at the 7th Street Station—just a short walk away.
