Weekend Friend, roots stretching from New York to Florida now thrive in the heart of Charlotte, North Carolina. Originally a solo act by vocalist Bryan Wynne, the band’s first connection began when Tyler Whiting, the drummer, connected with Tristan Galuppo, the bassist, through a note about starting a band in middle school. Guitarist Arnold joined the mix after responding to a call for a guitarist from a mutual friend. To keep developing the live sound, Weekend Friend added a second guitarist, Bryans cousin James from New York!
