TELL YOUR FRIENDS! Make sure your mailing address is up to date by April 7 at midnight. Login in to Etix to check and make any changes that are needed. To update your shipping address in your eTix account, please follow these steps:

Log in with your username (the email address used for your ticket purchase) and password.
If you haven’t logged in before, click “Having Trouble Logging In?” and follow the “First Time Logging In?” prompts.
Once logged in, select the “Account” dropdown in the top right corner.
Click “Mailing Address & Phone Number.”
Scroll down to “Account Information” and update your shipping address.
Click “Save” to confirm your changes.
